Blogs have the right potential to help the any of the organization to make it develop stronger relationships and brand loyalty with all the customers, as they interact and contact with the ‘human face’ of a particular organization with the help of blogs. Like practically everything else on the Web, blogs are easy to start and hard to maintain. Writing coherently is one of the most difficult and time-consuming tasks for a human being to undertake.

So, far from blogs being a cheap strategy and People who don’t have any thing to say are interesting, but they are unable to write down their ideas in a compelling and clear manner. But most of the blogging pages may seam to be very authentic in either ways that might change the mind set of a particular reader. Blogs are the intranet environment, which can prove them selves to be excellent way of sharing knowledge in an organization. They can be a positive on either ways of getting feedbacks, as a blog readers react to certain pieces, suggest story ideas, Blogs can build a powerful profile of the writer, showcasing an organization as having multi talent and expertise.

The internet makes many organizations disorganizations, with multiple opinions. Contrary to what some might think, talking about the customers, average customer prefers it if the organization they are about to purchase from is at least somewhat coherent, hence blogging can change the way a person thinks and reacts for both talkative and non talkative.
